If this is seriously an alternative Restaurant/Cafe/Meeting space, why is a commercial kitchen being installed there - undoubtedly restaurants will have first dibs with this set-up, otherwise it's a complete waste of money.

Why is a perfectly good, functioning, and successful commercial kitchen being demolished at the back of the restaurant T/A The Bucket List and being replaced by one on the first floor?  Is it fingers crossed that new restaurateurs will make a go of it upstairs? What about public access to the balcony and the bar?  Out of bounds once it's all commercial space up there?

Goodbye theatre experience... good shows, good bar, good balcony, superlative views...
